From Interstate 95
• Exit Broward Boulevard and drive east on Broward Boulevard to Avenue of the Arts/SW 7th Avenue.
• Turn right on Avenue of the Arts/SW 7th Avenue to Himmarshee Street/SW 2nd Street.
• Turn left on Himmarshee Street/SW 2nd Street to SW 2nd Ave.
• Turn right on SW 2nd Avenue.

From A1A
• Drive west on Las Olas Boulevard through the business district to Andrews Avenue.
• Turn right on Andrews Avenue (heading North) to the first traffic light/Himmarshee Street/SW 2nd Street.
• Turn left on Himmarshee Street/SW 2nd Street to SW 2nd Avenue
• Turn left on SW 2nd Avenue.
From US 1
• Drive west on Broward Boulevard to Avenue of the Arts/SW 7th Avenue.
• Turn left on Avenue of the Arts/SW 7th Avenue to Himmarshee Street/SW 2nd Street.
• Turn left on Himmarshee Street/SW 2nd Street to SW 2nd Avenue
• Turn right on SW 2nd Avenue.

 

On Foot

• From the east --- Along Riverwalk cross the railroad tracks at the rear of the Las Olas Riverfront Complex. The first buildings you will find are the New River Inn and the King-Cromartie House.

• From the west --- Riverwalk – from the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and the Museum of Science and Discovery. The first building you will find is the New River Inn.

• From the north –--SW Second Avenue. The first building you will find is the Hoch Heritage Center. Please note that SW Second Avenue is a one-way street.

 

Parking

Free parking is available between the Philemon Bryan House and the King-Cromartie House. Additional self-parking is available in the Broward County Municipal Garage on SW Second Street, adjacent the railroad tracks and at the Las Olas Riverfront shopping and restaurant complex. Valet parking is available at Las Olas RiverFront and Tarpon Bend Restaurant. Limited metered parking is also available on SW Second Avenue, SW Second Street and SW Third Avenue.
